CSEFEL Train the Trainer

The CSEFEL Train the Trainer event is designed to increase the number of qualified CSEFEL trainers who will become part of 5 regional cross-sector professional development teams in Virginia. Early childhood professionals will learn how to effectively use CSEFEL materials to support young children’s healthy social-emotional development.
Participants will:
- Learn strategies to train infant and toddler providers in how to effectively use the CSEFEL materials
- Understand the Pyramid Model to support young children’s healthy social-emotional development and address challenging behavior
- Receive follow-up support during implementation

Upon completion of both days of training, in their entirety, each participant will receive a certificate of CSEFEL training and social emotional training materials specific to implementation.
